Pure water (what we use)
Multi-stage filtered water with every mineral taken out. It pulls the grime off the glass and dries spot-free with nothing left behind, with soft solar brushes and no pressure.
Tap water
Hard water leaves minerals and limescale on the glass as it dries, which is exactly the film you are trying to remove.
A pressure washer
A high-pressure lance forces water past the panel seals and can micro-fracture the cells. Manufacturers ask for non-abrasive, chemical-free cleaning.
