Cancellation policy

Schedules change and things come up. We try to be as flexible as we can while keeping the vans and the crew running on time.

Cancelling or moving a booking

Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the crew and vans can be given to other customers across Limerick, Clare and Tipperary.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice (emergencies aside) may be charged a €50 call-out fee to cover crew scheduling and travel.

Weather

Roof softwashing, power washing, biocide treatments and window cleaning all depend on safe outdoor conditions. In torrential rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, or any conditions that affect biocide application or roof safety, we may reschedule your job.

If the weather forces a delay, Michael will contact you as early as possible on the morning of the job (or the day before) to set a new priority date that suits you. No cancellation fee applies to weather delays.

Access and preparation

Please make sure gates, driveways and working areas are unlocked and clear of cars, garden furniture and anything in the way.

Unless agreed in advance, we need access to an outside tap and a normal electricity supply.

If the crew arrives at the agreed time and can't get into the property or to the water and power without notice, the job may need to be rescheduled and a call-out fee may apply.
