2. What we collect
Contact details (name, phone number, email address, address or Eircode); details of your property and the job, including any photos you send by WhatsApp or email for a quote; and records of messages sent through our forms, by email or by phone.
3. Website analytics
This website may use Google services such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand traffic and improve the site. These use cookies, pixels and IP addresses to gather statistics such as pages visited, time on site, referral sources, device types and general location. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
4. How we use your data
To give quotes and book appointments; to carry out our exterior and interior cleaning services; to send service updates, booking confirmations and guarantee reminders (such as the 3-year roof care and 6-month tarmac care programmes); and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations under Irish and EU law.
5. Legal basis (GDPR)
Contract: to answer a quote request or complete a job. Legitimate interests: understanding how the website is used. Legal obligation: keeping financial records for VAT and Revenue.
6. Sharing
We never sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only with services that help us run the business: Google Workspace (email and storage), WhatsApp (Meta) for messages and photos, and legal authorities where required by law.
7. Security and retention
We use standard administrative and technical safeguards. Quote and booking information is kept only as long as needed to look after your account, keep guarantee records and meet tax reporting requirements.
8. Your rights
